Concept study — not client work

Growth & Expansion
Taking a working venue and making it repeatable: documented standards, transferable training, a supplier base that scales and a management structure that does not depend on one person.
What makes a first venue work is usually a person, not a system. Expansion converts that person into a bottleneck unless what they know has been written down first.
A second branch does not need a new concept; it needs the first one written down. We document standards, recipes and specifications, build the training that transfers them, define the roles and reporting a multi-site business requires, review the supplier base for scale, and set the opening playbook the next site will follow.
The work also covers what should deliberately differ between sites — catchment, format, menu length or hours — so that consistency is applied where it matters and not where it costs.
The test of a repeatable business is simple: could someone who did not build the first site run the second one from the documents? Until the answer is yes, expansion is a bet on individuals.
Standards, recipes and specifications written down.
Training built so knowledge moves without the founder.
Roles, reporting and supplier base prepared for scale.
The opening sequence the next site will follow.
No. Core items should be identical; length and local additions can vary where the catchment differs, as long as the difference is decided rather than drifted into.
It follows how much already exists in writing. In most single-site businesses, very little does, and that is the work.
