Brand & Customer Experience
A brand is judged in the room long before it is judged in a deck.
The room is the part of the brand a guest cannot scroll past. Flow, sound, light and signage shape the experience long before anything on the menu is tasted.
Applied identity across physical touchpoints: signage and wayfinding, menu systems, packaging, uniforms, print collateral and the specification needed to have them produced correctly. We work with fabricators and printers directly so the drawing survives contact with production.
Specification is the deliverable that matters here. Materials, finishes, sizes and tolerances are documented, so what arrives on site matches what was approved.
The venue experienced as a guest, at the times guests come.
Friction points located along the journey.
Changes proposed by impact and by cost to implement.
Specifications and supplier briefs for what is approved.
